Join meditation teacher and health coach, Erin Treloar for her Intro to Meditation Workshop on Monday, September 25th at 5pm PST. Whether you are just getting started with meditation or you are a seasoned sitter this session will offer something for everyone by taking you back to the basics of this powerful practice.

Meditation is scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve focus and clarity, reduce anxiety and increase presence.  The best part?  You can do it anytime, anywhere. All you need is your breath!
